Career

After graduation from the University of Utah,
I founded and art-directed a new in-house
graphic design department at my alma mater.

After three-and-a-half years, I decided to open
my own studio. Soon the company employed a
staff of fourteen––growth became problematic.
I moved my business to a 400 square foot studio
with a view of the Salt Lake Valley.

I am currently completing two major books and
have four more scheduled, each with a different
topic––profoundly unique in scope and subject.

I have not given up on graphic design as this is
my first and lasting interest to create
.

Background & Education

Born in Holland, I experienced the deprivations

beaten and premeditatedly starved to death in 1943.
